Just a heads up. I tried all three of your products from Kara’s, and both cupcakes were horribly stale to the point of being inedible. The tart was good, but the cupcakes were so dry that the wrappers were coming off of their own accord, the frosting was very hard (especially the lemon one), and they tasted just terrible. I haven’t had a chance to stop at your store, but I very much hope your products are better there. I just wish I had tried them at the mall so I could take them back and get a refund. Unfortunately, my experience at Kara’s has made me hesitant to give your products another chance… However, I’m sure that as a business owner you’d like to know about this and figure out some way to remedy it, which is why I’m commenting here.
Thanks Joy. When did you buy the cupcakes? We’re very particular about who we allow to sell our products so this is really important feedback. If they’re selling past the date they’re intended, that’s a big problem.
